2 ways you can hit your lats individually each side , I am big on working each lat one at a time , personally get a better contraction and engage that mind muscle connection π§ ⚡️

First one , single arm cable pull downs , back straight , keep the weight relatively low so you can proper squeeze at the bottom and feel that contraction π₯π₯ bring your elbow fully behind you π go for 10 each side , this one leaves my lats absolutely LIT π₯

Second one , don’t actually know the name of the machine but if you have one at your gym , every so often do each side individually like I am and bring your elbow right into your torso and again sqqqqqueze as hard as you can , 10 again ☄️☄️
